Cottage #9

Cottage #9 is our largest Cottage. It includes a full size living room with sleep sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and a kitchen table. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each (also a closet) and a full bathroom with a bath tub/shower combination. Cottage is 700 square feet.

Cottage #10

Cottage #10 is our Sunroom Cottage which enters into the Sunroom. This is a great room to sit in. This room has a couch, chair and TV in it. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 2 burner hot plate, dishes, utensils, and a kitchen table. There are 2 bedrooms with queen bed in one room and a double bed in the other room and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. Cottage is 530 square feet.

Cottages #11-#16

Cottages #11-#16 are our 2 bedroom Cottages. There is a combination kitchenette/living room area in each. The living room area has a couch, TV and a small kitchen table. The kitchenette area has a sink, medium sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a 2 burner hot plate, dishes and utensils. There is a queen bed in one bedroom, a double bed in the other bedroom (with a dresser) and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. Cottages are 400 square feet.

Cottages #17-#21

Cottages #17-#21 are our 1 bedroom Cottages. They have the same kitchenette/living room area as the 2 bedroom cottages with the exception of a 2 burner stove in the kitchenette area, and a small sized refrigerator. The one bedroom is spacious and has a queen size bed, a double bed and a dresser in it and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. Cottages are 400 square feet.

Cottage #25

Cottage #25 is our small House. It includes a full size living room with sleep sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, utensils and a kitchen table. There is one bedroom with 2 Double size beds and a closet in it. The bathroom has a bath tub/ shower combination. Cottage is 840 square feet.

Cottage #26

Cottage #26 is our small studio type Cottage. It has a queen size bed and a small kitchenette area that includes a sink, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker,2 burner hot plate, dishes, utensils, and a small kitchen table. There is also a stand-up shower in the bathroom. This cottage also has a small screened in back porch. Cottage is 256 square feet.

Terms & Conditions

NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned and management reserves right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Check out time is at 10:30 A.M. There are no refunds once the guest has checked in. There are no refunds for early departures. All rooms are Non smoking. Any room that has been smoked in or smells of cigarette smoke will be charged a fee of $250. Smoking facilities are provided outside each guest room. Please smoke away from open windows, doors and other guests. No pets are allowed in or around the facility. A cleaning charge of up to $500 dollars, or equal to the repair amount will be charged for damage. Excessive noise, disturbing other guests, may result in you being requested to vacate the Dallaire's Motel. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. The Dallaire's Motel asks that you consider and respect other guests and its neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to the Dallaire's Motel property, that require specialist cleaning or repair will be charged to the registered guest.

If your room is left in an unsatisfactory state, this includes, excessive rubbish, misuse of motel property, any unhygienic uncleanliness, soiling, excessive mess or odor in the kitchen, which causes excessive and unwarranted cleaning time by Dallaire's Motel staff, the Dallaire's Motel reserves the right to charge for the cost of extra cleaning, repairs or replacements required to restore our guest rooms or property to its normal condition.
