-have microwave and refridgerator

All units have central air condition, color cable TV with over 60 channels.

Local calls are free, calling cards are available for long distance calls in the office.

Check-in is at 1:30 p.m. or by prior arrangement.

Check-out time 10:30 a.m.

Reservation Policy & Deposit:

-A 7 day notice of cancellation is required, any cancellation within or after the 7 days of the arrival date will result in a loss or charge of deposit.

-Deposits of 50% are required for a week or more stay.

-One night deposit for less than a week stay.

-Must have a credit card to hold the room.

-Cancellations less than 24 hour will result in no refund.
